I am post-menopausal, and before taking the Balanced Woman™ product, I had a great deal of trouble sleeping and staying asleep. The hot flashes were more frequent and more severe. I also had times of sudden and overwhelming feelings of "extreme frustration" for no reason and without warning. I've been on this product for a few months now, and I sleep restfully and peacefully. The few hot flashes I have are so minimal, I'm not even sure they are hot flashes. I no longer have any of those feelings of frustration. Thank you for this wonderful product. I am one of those people who hears or reads testimonies from other people and just don't believe them. I never thought in my life that I would be writing one. I am doing just that. Using Balanced Woman™ has helped me physically, mentally and emotionally. I had been on Prempro for a number of years and for the past two or three years wanted to discontinue using the prescription. I was having terrible hot flashes and mood swings. It felt like I was in an oven. Anything and everything would set me off. I do party planning.
